Texas
Yoga is a partnership between Donna Belk, Ellen B. Smith, and Charles
MacInerney. All three partners are certified and registered
yoga instructors, and business entrepreneurs. In addition
to Texas Yoga, they also operate the Living
Yoga Program, a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification
course.
Our vision is to create a strong and caring yoga
community,
to honor diversity, and to nurtue the integrity and
principles of yoga.
Donna
Belk has been studying hatha yoga and meditation for more than
30 years. She began teaching after becoming certified from
Yoga House in Austin, Texas, where she also assisted with
yoga teacher training. Since 1995, Donna has taught classes,
workshops, and personal instruction to students of all ages
and levels. Donna’s teaching style is warm, good-humored,
and respectful. Donna is also a Reiki Master and Certified
Qigong Instructor. Donna also leads a weekend training program
for Restorative Flow yoga, and the Yoga of Dying.
Charles
F. MacInerney has been a fulltime teacher
of yoga, meditation and mind/body skills since 1989. He leads
yoga and meditation retreats throughout the US, and in Mexico,
Costa Rica and Guatemala. He is founder of Expanding Paradigms,
and regularly presents at National and International Conferences.
He has written articles for numerous magazines including Yoga

Ellen B. Smith, M.A., CYT, E-RYT Ellen is an Intuitive Mentor, Performance Coach, and Certified Hatha yoga instructor. She has a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology, and has worked for decades as a mentor to people of all walks of life. Ellen uses her own blend of deep listening, uncanny intuition, and genuine praise to helps others see, claim, and act on their innately fabulous qualities. Ellen has a passion for learning, and integrates information about yoga, qigong, health, disease intervention, nutrition, meditation, psychology, exercise physiology, and countless other topics into her sessions. She offers compassionate instruction with a touch of humor, honoring each student's path and abilities.
