Bio: Juan Anguiano, E-RYT 500, is dedicated to transmitting the Ashtanga Vinyasa method according to the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Many years of practice and dedication have affirmed his confidence in the wisdom of learning Ashtanga according to abilities and not the demands of the ego. His teaching style illuminates the importance of setting and accepting limits in the practice so that patterns present throughout Ashtanga are understood and connected into an enjoyable harmony of movement and growth. Juan began practicing yoga as a teenager and shortly thereafter discovered Ashtanga Yoga. Juan is a direct student of Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois and has been teaching yoga for 13 years. As the director of the Ashtanga Mysore program at Castle Hill Specialized Fitness he offers the only traditional Mysore-style program in Austin, Texas. He also serves the Austin yoga community through his role as the Castle Hill yoga program coordinator.

Bio:Carla Bazemore has been teaching since 1994 and has studied different styles of yoga in Brazil, Switzerland and US since 1988. She has a degree in Law but is a full time yoga teacher. Since 2001 she is the co-owner of Yoga Lotus, a yoga studio located in Houston, Texas. Her style of teaching incorporates precision and alignment with breath and movement.
