The Texas Yoga Retreat-- April 20-22, 2012

We will be taking late registrations through Thursday night (4 19 12).

We will also have On-Site Registration available at the retreat center at the following hours...

Friday, April 20: 1pm-8pm
Saturday, April 21: Meal times: 7:30am – 8:45am, 12pm-2pm, 6pm-7pm
Sunday, April 22: Breakfast only: 7:30am- 8:45am

If you arrive at the ashram early morning on Saturday or Sunday before registration opens, please go to your 7am class then come to the Ancient Yoga Center immediately after class to register. Directions to ashram are at bottom of this page.

Registration Form: Please download this PDF form or MS Word version, and email (or mail) with your registration. Please Allow 3 business days for processing of your registration. If you have trouble opening opening either document, let us know and we can email you a registration form directly. Call Ellen at 512-266-7926 or info@TexasYoga.com.

Deposit: A $150 non-refundable deposit reserves your place at the retreat, and should accompany your completed Registration form. The balance of your retreat fees and accommodation fees (if applicable) is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the retreat, by September 19th, 2011.

Living Yoga Program Graduates... be sure and ask about any "LYP" discounts on registration to any Texas Yoga Retreats, and remember that Saturday will be our LYP reunion lunch at Radha Madhav Dham.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• $100 charge for all cancellations. This charge will be deducted from refund.
• Minimum 7 calendar days written email notice in order to receive a refund.
• Registrants who cancel in under 7 calendar days forfeit the $150 deposit.
• To cancel, send written email notice to Ellen Smith at ebsmith@austin.rr.com.
• Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, unattended events, early termination of attendance, no-shows, or meals.
• In the event that Texas Yoga cancels an event, we will refund all fees collected in full.
